The Great Run series needed consistent, high-impact branded materials for multiple UK events, including pacer t-shirts and finisher village visuals. Each event had unique logistical and promotional demands, tight print deadlines, and required coordination across multiple teams. The challenge was to deliver high-quality designs under pressure, while strictly adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all locations.

I led the design of key event assets, creating visually engaging materials that stayed true to the Great Run brand. I collaborated with outsourced PR teams, external marketing partners, and print suppliers to align on requirements and streamline approvals. Through clear communication and tight project management, I ensured all assets were delivered on time, ready for race day, and made a strong visual impact at each event.

Each event featured a bespoke skyline illustration (below) tailored to its host city, adding a localised visual element to the overall branding. I designed these using predefined brand guidelines, carefully balancing consistency with custom detail. The skylines became a recognisable feature across the series, tying each race back to its location while maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
